Terms & Conditions

All orders for goods placed with uWish Ltd will be accepted by uWish Ltd subject to these terms and conditions until further notice.

Price And Payment

The price (inclusive of VAT) for the Goods ("the Price") shall be the quoted price of the Seller in pounds sterling and payment of the Price shall be made by the Buyer before goods will be dispatched.

Goods

The description of the Goods to be sold ("the Goods") shall be as set out in this website.

The description of the Goods is liable to change from time to time without notification to the Buyer.

Returns And Refunds

Goods ordered in error and returned unopened will be refunded less postage, packaging and a nominal handling fee.

Any returned Goods which have been opened are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Delivery

Orders are accepted subject to availability of stock and may be delivered in two or more installments.

The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer at the address of the Buyer as provided by the buyer.

Time shall not be of the essence for delivery.

Acceptance

The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods if they have not been rejected on or before the seventh day after delivery. The Buyer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods in whole or in part after such date.

General

If any term or provision of these Conditions is held invalid illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any Court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Conditions had been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

The Seller may without the consent of the Buyer sublicense its rights or obligations or any part of these Conditions.

The headings in these Conditions are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of any of the Conditions.

Entire Agreement

Each of the parties agrees that save in respect of statements made fraudulently it shall have no remedy in respect of any untrue statement upon which it relied in entering this Agreement and that its only remedies shall be for breach of contract.

Governing Law And Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Rights Of Consumer

Nothing in these Conditions shall affect the statutory rights of a consumer.

Promotions

Competitions, promotions and offers are open to residents of the United Kingdom only. Employees of uWish ltd and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

uWish Ltd are not responsible for late or lost email registrations. uWish Ltd reserve the right to withdraw or amend the competition at any time and all rule amendments are retrospective.

uWish Ltd reserve the right to publish the winners name on www.uwish.co.uk. All prizes are non-negotiable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

The decision is solely that of uWish Ltd and will not enter into any negotiations regarding rules or prizes. Entry is conditional upon acceptance of these terms and any entry is considered an acceptance of them.
