Joe Vogue (Michael Phenicie) is an ordinary guy trained in the ancient ways of the ninja. His life takes a turn when he meets the gorgeous Lisa Thorne (Andee Gray), after she loses her home to sinister property mogul Gruber (Robert Fieldsteel). When Joe's apartment is also slated for destruction to make way for Gruber Towers, he decides it's time to fight back and trains Lisa to be a ninja. But there's one problem - Joe's curvaceous new disciple has more on her mind than just ninja training.
