Absolutely nothing. There is no charge for delivery. You simply pay the
price of the item and nothing more.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
At present we are only able to ship items to mainland UK. Unfortunately we
will have to refund and cancel any orders placed for delivery outside of
mainland UK.
How do you send out orders?
We use first class Royal Mail post for most CDs and DVDs which means if you
place your order before 3pm you will typically receive your items the next
day.
For larger items we use Parcelforce who will endeavour to deliver the next
working day (Mon-Fri). These deliveries require a signature and if you are
unavailable will leave a card for you to arrange a more suitable delivery or
collection.
Please remember that in almost all instances deliveries will be the next
day, however please wait 4-5 days before contacting us as Royal Mail can
sometimes be 'unpredictable'. If you still have not received your item after
5 days please contact customer service who will be happy to look into
it for you.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When you place your order you will be given the opportunity to create a
password. Simply use your email address and the password in our order
tracking section which can be found here.
We update the status of your order in up to 4 stages
Processing: This means our computers have now received your order and it is
waiting for a member of staff to deal with it.
Packing: Our staff are now in the process of picking and packing your item.
Shipped: Your item has been packed and placed into a post bag ready for
collection by our courier.
Cancelled: Your item has been cancelled and any relevant refunds have been
processed.
I've received an incorrect/ damaged item. What should I do?
If you have received faulty or incorrect goods we want to put it right as
quickly as possible. We have a dedicated team dealing with customer service
and they can be accessed through our support system found here.
Please remember to deal with your query as quickly as possible we need any
order reference you have received from us.
How do I return an item?
Place the item in the post to us at PO Box 130, Leeds, LS10 9BQ. Ensure you
enclose the order reference and the reason for returning the item and we'll
do the rest on receipt of the item. Please remember that we must receive the
items in the original condition as they were dispatched, and within 14 days,
in order to issue a full refund.
Is there a place for me to log-in?
Whilst we do ask you to create a password on placing your order it is only
for use in tracking the progress of your order. We are working hard
on a members section which will facilitate a speedier checkout process and
hope to have it available in the coming month.
