When you make a purchase from uWish.co.uk, we aim to keep you updated on the progress of your purchase from order to dispatch. When you complete a purchase, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order that contains all relevant information including an order reference. Furthermore, we also said a second e-mail to confirm  that your purchase has been dispatched.

In order to ensure that our e-mails reach your inbox, we would ask that you put our address in your approved senders list. This will allow your email client to accept our emails and stop them being re-directed to spam filters and deleted.

These are the three main e-mail clients with instructions on how to ensure uWish.co.uk is a trusted sender. Click on the appropriate link to view instructions:

AOL | Hotmail | Yahoo


AOL

To make sure email gets delivered to your AOL inbox, you must add the email address or corporate domain of the sender to your Address Book or Custome Sender List

To Do This:

  1. Click the "Spam Controls" link on the lower right side of your inbox screen
  2. When the "Mail & Spam Controls" box appears, click te "Custom sender list" link
  3. Choose the "allow email from..." option
  4. Add uWish.co.uk and hit "Add"
  5. Then hit "Save"

Email from uWish.co.uk will now be delivered to your inbox.
*Note: we recommend also adding 'uwish.eu' to the safe list if you wish to receive our email newsletters.


Hotmail

To ensure messages from specific email addresses are not sent to your junk email folder, you can add the uWish.co.uk domain to your Safe List:

  1. Click "Options" in the upper right corner of your Hotmail screen
  2. On the left side of the page, click "Mail"
  3. Click on "Junk Email Protection"
  4. Select "Safe List"
  5. Type the domain 'uWish.co.uk' into the box
  6. Click "Add"

*Note: we recommend also adding 'uwish.eu' to the safe list if you wish to receive our email newsletters.

Yahoo

If you are not receiving email you are expecting into your Yahoo account, you can do the following:

  1. Select "Mail Options" in the top right navigation bar
  2. Choose "filters" located on the left side of the page under the "Spam" column
  3. Click the "Add" button on the filters page
  4. Choose the field "From header" and set the criterion to "contains"
  5. Enter the domain name '@uWish.co.uk'
  6. Choose the destination flder you would like uWish.co.uk mail to be sent to. For example: inbox.
  7. Click "Add Filter"
